Justine Dress in Memphis Blue

Justine is a high neck sleeveless ribbed dress with a slight a-line.  Great with a denim jacket now and without when the Memphis heat sets in this summer.  Being a rayon/spandex blend, this dress won't grab in all the wrong places.
