The Harvey Top by Velvet Heart is a flowy crop top with a relaxed popover construction and a V-neckline that opens the collar with a clean, unfussy line. Long sleeves add coverage while the lightweight 50% Tencel, 50% EcoVero fabric keeps the silhouette fluid and soft to the touch. A drawstring waist and side tie detail allow for an adjustable fit, pulling in at the waist or left loose for a more relaxed drape.
